Delivering pre-season fitness sessions

We can also deliver tailor-made training to enhance the fitness of individuals outside of team training sessions.

6-week on-going fitness plan

Monthly player program via-e-mail

1 to 1 player personal training session

5 x 1 to 1 player personal training sessions

10 x 1 to player personal training session

1 to 1 fitness testing

Strength and Conditioning seminars

Rehabilitation:

Initial injury consultation and treatment (1hr) – (also Student Concessions)
Follow up appointments (40mins) –  (also Student Concessions)

30 minute treatments

Cancellation policy
It is understandable that a situation may arise which would require you to cancel your appointment. It is just asked that you give 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full.
