One of the biggest problems in Amateur sport be it Rugby, American football or another sport is how to incorporate a proper strength and conditioning program many clubs an coaches assume is for elite programs or because of lack of understanding in how to build a fitness base and after 2 weeks of fitness is straight into sports dedicated exercises.
